Our Story

A different approach

This isn't about doing more. It's about doing it better.

AbXcore is designed for controlled, low-impact movement that activates your core deeply — without putting strain on your body.

Something you can actually stay consistent with.

From the owner

As personal trainer for professional athletes and celebrities, I dedicated my career to helping people achieve real, measurable results.

But I wanted to go beyond the gym and make high-quality training accessible to everyone.

Real progress comes from proper muscle activation, controlled movement, and consistency.

With the help of designers, researchers, and doctors, we built AbXcore to make effective core training simple, accessible, and part of your everyday routine.

My wish for you is simple: a life of strength, confidence, and lasting health.

Welcome to AbXcore.

What does the USC study say?

In a USC EMG clinical study, AbXcore showed up to 3× more core activation than crunches, up to 10× more than ab rollers, and substantially higher oblique engagement — with controlled movement designed to reduce neck and lower-back strain.

Why AbXcore exists

Traditional floor exercises often pull the neck into the movement and under-activate the deep core. AbXcore was built so more of the work stays where it belongs — in the abs, obliques, and stabilizers.
