Eligibility for Refunds
- The 30-day period starts from the date of purchase
- Refunds and exchanges are only available within 30 days
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please contact our Returns Department in writing at: returns@abxcore.com
Your email must include:
- Full name of the purchaser
- Shipping address
- Last 4 digits of the payment method
- Reason for return or refund
Our Customer Support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours.
Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Complete return instructions will be included in the confirmation email.
Shipping & Return Costs

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- 1-year limited warranty on the AbXcore device
- 4-month limited warranty on the pads
- Product registration is required to activate full warranty coverage
